As a foreigner, how can I understand and trust South Korea's evaluations?

Hi everyone, I'm Hui from China. I'm currently considering some beauty procedures in Seoul, but I've run into a problem—many clinic reviews are in Korean, and my Korean isn't good enough to understand them. Could anyone share how you choose a clinic? Especially how do you determine if a clinic is reliable when you can't understand the reviews?

I've heard some reviews might be fake or exaggerated, but I really can't tell. Are there any warning signs I should be wary of? For example, promises that sound too perfect, or anything that seems off? I want to find a relatively safe option, but I don't want to be completely impulsive.

It would be great if someone could share their experience. What channels do you usually use to find clinics? Are Chinese-language consultation services more reliable? Also, are there any general tips to help me judge a clinic's professionalism? Thank you!
