Hi everyone! I'm Peiyu from Taiwan. I'm thinking of getting a small cosmetic procedure done in Seoul soon, but since it's a business trip with a short turnaround, my return flight is only three days later. I wanted to ask if anyone has experience with the best way to care for my skin during the swelling period. I've heard that cold compresses are important, but how can I manage that on a plane?
Also, I'm really curious about what products everyone brings back to help with post-procedure care. I've seen a lot of soothing and repairing masks and serums in Korea, but I'm not sure which ones are genuinely helpful and which are just marketing. Can anyone share the types of products they've actually used and found effective? I know everyone's body is different, but I'd love to hear about your experiences.
Lastly, is there anything specific I should pay attention to before or after flying? I've heard about avoiding certain activities, but I'm not clear on the details. I would be so grateful if anyone has had a similar experience recently!

Reading your story, I truly empathize because I had a similar experience, going to Chiang Mai and returning to Thailand on the third day, just like you. One thing I highly recommend is keeping cool and drinking plenty of water. Once you're on the plane, it's hard to help yourself. The best thing is to prepare a portable cooling gel pack that fits in your bag, or even just a cold, damp cloth can help a lot. And don't forget to wear thick layers on the plane!
