I have a question about swelling care after a minor procedure and what to pack for a trip.

Hello, I'm Haruka. I'm planning to return to my home country a few days after receiving a minor procedure in Korea, and I'm posting because I'd like some advice on swelling care. I expect some swelling immediately after the procedure, but are there any items I should bring to help reduce swelling during the flight and after I get home?

What kind of care do you all do during travel? Do you use cooling sheets, specific skincare products, or have any other special methods? Also, honestly, I'd like to know how long it takes for the swelling to subside before I can return to my normal daily routine after coming home. I imagine it varies depending on the type of procedure...

This is my first time, so I'm quite anxious, and I would be really grateful to hear from those of you with experience. Please share any advice you have!
