This is my first time going to Korea for a petit procedure and I have to fly back. What should I prepare?

Ladies! I've decided to get a small petit procedure done in Korea at the end of this month. The problem is, I have to fly back to Thailand the very next day 😅 Has anyone here had a procedure and then flown back? What's the best aftercare routine?

I'm worried about increased swelling because I'll be on a plane for 3 hours. What should I pack in my carry-on, like an ice pack or gel to help with swelling? I'm not sure if I should buy these myself or ask the clinic for recommendations. Can I bring frozen items through security? I'm thinking about how strict TSA can be.

Also, if anyone has experience, could you share how you took care of yourself after arriving home? What should I eat and avoid? I really want it to heal before I go back to work! Thanks in advance for any advice!
