I'm back from Korea!! What do I need to prepare for post-treatment care?

Hi everyone! I'm planning a trip to Korea for beauty treatments, and I believe a key part of that is self-care afterward 😅

I'm wondering what to pack for recovery. I've heard that cooling masks and soothing gels are very helpful, but I'm not sure which ones to buy. Does anyone have any recommendations on specific items that are truly beneficial? And should I buy them before I go or better once I'm there?

Also, I'm wondering if silicone scar sheets are really useful, and how long they need to be used? I'd love to hear from people who have actually been to Korea about how they used them afterward. Thanks!
