Hi everyone! So I'm planning to get a small procedure done while I'm in Korea next month, but I'm flying back home like 5 days after. I'm honestly a bit nervous about managing swelling during the flight and once I'm back. Has anyone dealt with this before?
I'm trying to figure out what aftercare products I should bring with me or buy there. Like, are there specific things that really help with swelling that I can carry in my luggage? I know ice packs and compression are probably key, but I'm not sure what else is worth packing. Also, is it better to buy aftercare stuff there or bring it from home?
And real talk — how bad is flying right after a procedure? Should I be doing anything special on the plane? Any tips would be so appreciated! First time doing this abroad and I'm trying to be prepared without overthinking it lol

I feel just as anxious as you do! I'm also flying back soon after a small procedure here, so I understand that feeling. I was thinking of buying some cold gels and compression bandages here because they're cheaper, but I'm not sure if I can bring them on the plane 😅
