I can speak English reasonably well, but I'm concerned about detailed medical explanations... Are there places where Japanese is understood? Or is English sufficient for communication?

I've been to Korea several times before, but when it comes to consultations at cosmetic clinics, more detailed explanations are needed, and I want to make decisions after fully understanding everything, right? I'd be grateful if anyone who has actually gone for a consultation could share their experience.
