Many review websites are in Korean, so I can't really judge the content myself. Does anyone have any methods to help verify the authenticity of reviews? Are there any warning signs I should be wary of?

My biggest concern is not knowing whether those reviews are written by real customers, posted by the clinic itself, or are simply fake reviews. Some people say you can check the detail in the reviews or the poster's history, but I'm still unsure how to determine credibility.
