It's so hard for foreigners to read Korean reviews... How can I tell if a clinic is really reliable?

Hi everyone! I'm Yuhan from Taiwan. I've recently been researching Korean beauty treatments, but honestly, I still don't understand Korean very well. Many review websites are in Korean, so I can't really judge the content myself. Does anyone have any methods to help verify the authenticity of reviews? Are there any warning signs I should be wary of?

My biggest concern is not knowing whether those reviews are written by real customers, posted by the clinic itself, or are simply fake reviews. Some people say you can check the detail in the reviews or the poster's history, but I'm still unsure how to determine credibility.

Does anyone have experience sharing how to tell if a clinic might have problems? For example, if the comment style is strange, or if the reviews lack specific details? Thank you so much for your suggestions!
