Hey everyone! So I'm seriously considering getting some work done while I'm in Korea, but I'm running into this problem where most of the detailed reviews are in Korean and I honestly can't read enough to understand what people are actually saying. Google Translate helps but it feels sketchy to rely on it completely, you know?
I'm trying to figure out how to actually vet places when I'm a foreigner. Like, what are the biggest red flags I should be looking out for? Should I be suspicious if a clinic seems to have mostly English reviews? Or if they're super aggressive about getting you to book right away? I've heard horror stories about people getting pressured into procedures they didn't really want.
Also—do any of you have tips for vetting consultations? Should I ask specific questions or is there a way to tell if a clinic is actually reputable vs. just good at marketing? I really don't want to make a mistake on something this important, especially as someone who doesn't speak the language fluently.
Would love to hear what you've all learned from your experiences!
