Has anyone actually seen results from this device?

Lately, I've been seeing quite a few ads for these devices on TV and YouTube, and I'm curious if they actually work. I've actually been thinking recently about incorporating a device into my home care routine. When I search online, some people say they actually saw results, but honestly, it seems like the overwhelming majority say they didn't see much effect, so I'm debating whether or not to try it. I don't know much about these devices, but I suppose whether they work or not depends on the specific product. So, I'm currently filtering out the low-cost ones that look like they won't be effective at first glance, and I'm looking at products that seem likely to be effective regardless of price. Since the Skinova product is made by a company that manufactures dermatological equipment, I felt a sense of trust in it initially. I looked up some more reviews, and it seems like many people have seen results. I'm posting this to see if anyone here has tried it.
