How can foreigners choose a good Korean hospital?

Hello, this is Anu. I'm planning a trip to Korea soon and I'm looking for a plastic surgery clinic. However, my English isn't great, and it's difficult to find a place that offers consultations in Mongolian. What do you all look for when choosing a clinic as foreigners? I'm not sure what questions I should ask before my consultation.

How important is having an interpreter? Or does the clinic have staff who speak good English? For me, understanding the consultation is very important. It would be great if anyone has any experiences or good advice to share. Thank you!
