Hello! I'm Nim from Thailand, and I'm planning my first beauty treatment trip to Korea. My biggest challenge is... I can only read a little Korean 😭. I've been looking at reviews on local websites, and sometimes I get confused because some reviews are really positive, but I don't know if the person is trustworthy.
I'd like to ask those of you who have been before, are there any ways to verify reviews besides reading Korean? And what are some red flags to watch out for when choosing a place? For example, reviews that seem like they were written by staff, or similar phrases used from the beginning?
Has anyone used translation apps to read reviews? Did they help? Or should we just ask the clinic directly and judge from there?

I'm from Thailand too, so I totally get your concern! 😅 I usually use Google Translate to read reviews, which is helpful but not 100% accurate. The best way I've found is to ask directly via Insta DM or Kakao to the clinics. They often have English-speaking staff, so you can ask detailed questions about the procedures and see how they respond. Professional places are usually very thorough in their answers!
