Hi everyone! I'm planning a small cosmetic procedure in Korea next month and am starting to prepare my post-operative care items. I've heard that the first few days of post-op care are really crucial, so I want to get some over-the-counter care products ready in advance.
I'm wondering if I should bring some cooling masks, silicone scar sheets, and soothing gels from home, or if it would be more convenient to buy them in Korea? I'm a bit worried about my skin being sensitive post-procedure and I'm not sure which products would be suitable. Have any of you had similar procedures in Korea before? Could you share what care products you brought with you, or what you found useful to buy locally?
Also, I'd love to hear your experiences – are more expensive post-op care products always better, or are gentle and soothing basic products sufficient? I have sensitive skin and I'm a little nervous, haha. All advice is welcome!
