However, I've recently seen many people sharing their experiences of having it done in Seoul, which has made me consider it. But the cost of round-trip airfare to Korea, accommodation, and recovery... is it really worth it?

I'm a bit conflicted, mainly because I'm unsure about the differences between Taiwan and Seoul. Is it a difference in aesthetic styles? Technological standards? Or are they actually quite similar, just something new and exciting? Has anyone had the procedure done in Taiwan and could share their reasons for deciding? I'd like to know what else I should consider besides cost—like language barriers and the ease of follow-up appointments.

Also, I'm wondering how much research I should do if I decide to go? Reading online reviews, asking experienced people... but how do I know if I'm adequately prepared? I don't want to make a hasty decision, so I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts!
