Ladies, any of you have experience with aftercare for minor beauty procedures? I need some advice!

Hiii everyone, I'm Suong from Vietnam. I just had a minor procedure here (nothing major or surgical) but my face is a bit swollen and bruised right now. This is my first time going through this, so I'm a little worried about how to take care of it properly. Can any of you experienced ladies share some tips with me?

I'm trying to follow the instructions from where I had it done, but I'd like to know from others' perspectives what I should pay attention to. I've read about avoiding hot water, not wearing makeup, drinking plenty of water... but I'm not sure which is most important at the beginning. How long does your recovery usually take? Can I safely return to Vietnam?
