What is Full Face Fat Grafting? First, liposuction is performed because fat is needed for transplantation. Healthy fat cells are primarily harvested from the thighs and abdomen, which have a high survival rate.

Second, the fat undergoes purification. Blood and impurities are removed from the harvested fat cells using a centrifuge, purifying them into pure fat cells.

Third, fat grafting is performed. The purified, healthy pure fat cells are evenly transplanted to the entire face, including the forehead, temples, and under-eyes.
