My mom told me lately that I think I might have sleep apnea while sleeping, so my heart sank.
Talking with close colleagues at work made me realize just how serious the situation was.
Fortunately, I got a recommendation from an acquaintance for a good sleep clinic, so I was able to get tested quickly.
I had the sleep breathing test, EEG, and EMG done, and the equipment looked just like something out of a university hospital.
The director also checked my sleep rhythm, so they were able to pinpoint the cause of the problem. I just hope I feel less tired now.

I heard you need a polysomnography for sleep apnea. Did you actually get a sleep test there? I'm actually considering going to the hospital because I snore heavily and they say I don't breathe properly.
Yes, after making a reservation, you sleep at the hospital during the examination! I went to Smart Neurology at Gangnam Station, and the facilities are really great.
