Hello, people. I am Yesui, a Mongolian, and I am thinking about getting my eyes checked in Seoul for my double vision. Many friends have told me that Korean hospitals have received very good reviews, but is it really worth going abroad? I imagine that the total cost will be high when you add the service fee to the travel and accommodation costs.
There are hospitals in Mongolia, but for some reason I find it difficult to compare them to Seoul. They seem to do their job well, but I am very hesitant to make a choice. Would you like to go to a hospital like someone else? Are there people here who have moved to Seoul or are in the process of doing so?
I think that life is better depending on the final result, and a modest amount of uncertainty, and the stages of the journey, should be taken into account. What culture and work environment have you used? Please advise.

I understand your concerns, as I'm considering something similar! Double vision definitely requires a professional examination, but you're right, the travel and accommodation costs alone are considerable, so I'm weighing whether it's worth it. However, I've heard from many people that if you can get an accurate diagnosis and a comprehensive treatment plan in one visit, it might actually be more convenient in the long run, since eye problems shouldn't be left untreated. Have you asked any ophthalmologists in Mongolia for their advice on your situation? Perhaps you could consult them first before deciding.
I was wondering, when you go for your eye checkup at this clinic, do you plan to go to a private clinic or a public hospital? Because I've heard that the procedures vary and the costs differ.
