Hi everyone, this is Wen. I've been considering getting a minor cosmetic procedure in Korea, but to be honest, I'm a little nervous, mainly because I don't know how to plan the whole trip and budget. I've read some posts, and the costs seem to vary greatly, and I'm not sure how many days I need. Could someone help me organize my thoughts?
My biggest concern right now is: besides the cost of the procedure itself, there's the added expense of airfare, accommodation, and food. If I want ample recovery time after the procedure, should I stay a few more days? I've heard some people choose to stay there for recovery, while others fly back; the experiences must be different. I'm worried that if my budget is insufficient, I'll be in a difficult position.
Also, I'd like to ask how everyone usually schedules their consultations and procedures? Do you fly there first for a consultation and then schedule the procedure, or are there other methods? I'm still unfamiliar with the procedures in Korea and am a little afraid of making mistakes. If anyone has gone through the entire process from planning to completion, especially regarding time and budget allocation, could you share some advice? Thank you!

Hi! I'm curious, when you consult online before flying to Korea, how long does it usually take them to respond? I'm also planning my first trip and I'm worried about scheduling conflicts, hehe.
Wen, I totally understand! I was just as anxious at first. Apparently, a lot of people have online consultations before going to Korea, so maybe starting there would be a good idea. I'm also struggling to balance my budget and recovery time, but I've realized that it's important to plan carefully without rushing.
I feel just as anxious as you, sister! I'm also a foreigner, so this is my first time preparing a budget, and I'm really confused by all the extra costs. I've seen people have different approaches — some prefer to visit in person before deciding, others prefer online meetings beforehand to save money. I don't know what you're planning to do, but I think you should allocate extra budget for recovery time because everyone's recovery is different ☺️
