Does anyone have experience with aftercare following a minor procedure?

Hi everyone, I'm Hang from Vietnam. I'm planning to travel to South Korea next month and I'm thinking about getting a small procedure done while I'm there. But I'm a bit worried since I'll have to fly back after just a few days, and I don't want to deal with excessive swelling or any complications during the trip.

Does anyone have experience with this? What should I pack for aftercare? I've heard that cooling products or anti-inflammatory medications are necessary, but I'm not sure exactly what to prepare. Has anyone been through a similar situation? Would love to hear from you!

Also, I'd like to know how long swelling typically lasts after a minor procedure. Should I push back my trip by a few more days, or is it manageable? Thanks so much, everyone!
