Torn between working in Vietnam or going to Korea... what's your decision?

Hi everyone, I'm Tam. I'm struggling with a big decision and would like to hear your opinions.

I'm considering a cosmetic procedure, but I'm unsure whether to do it in Vietnam or fly to South Korea. Doing it in Vietnam is convenient, saves time and effort, and I know a doctor there. However, I've heard that South Korea has more advanced technology and more experienced doctors for this type of procedure. On the other hand, going to South Korea involves travel costs, accommodation, and the hassle of dealing with potential problems.

Have any of you been in a similar situation? How did you decide? What factors influenced your choice? I'm really listening, as this decision is quite important to me.
