I'm a foreigner and don't speak Korean - how can I trust reviews about clinics?

Hi everyone, I'm Nga from Vietnam and I'm considering beauty treatments in South Korea. I'm very worried because I can't read Korean well, so when I look at reviews on Korean websites, I can only rely on Google Translate, but it doesn't feel very reliable. Does anyone have any ways to find reliable reviews? Or are there any warning signs I should look for when reading articles or seeing before/after photos?

I also want to ask if I should just look at the star rating and positive reviews? Or should I try to contact people who have been there directly to ask for advice? I really want to find a safe and trustworthy place, but I feel lost because of the language barrier. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? I would really appreciate any advice!
