Hi everyone! So I'm planning to get a minor aesthetic procedure done while I'm visiting Korea, but my flight home is only a few days after. I'm a little nervous about managing swelling and aftercare while traveling, especially on the plane.

Does anyone have tips on what to bring or pack to help with swelling during travel? I'm thinking things like ice packs, compression items, or gentle products to use on the way home? Also, has anyone dealt with flying shortly after a procedure—any advice on what actually helped?

I know I should definitely talk to whoever does my procedure about specific aftercare steps, but I'm just trying to be prepared and not stress about this too much.
