Hello everyone! I'm Eka, and I'm planning to undergo a minor procedure in Korea next month. However, I'm a bit worried because I can only stay for 5-6 days before heading straight back to Indonesia. I've never done this before, so I'm really unsure how to manage swelling when I have to travel.
Can anyone offer tips on how to manage swelling while in Korea and during the journey home? I've heard some friends mention that cold compresses and elevation are important, but how practical are they on a plane? 😅 Also, regarding aftercare products, what should I bring from here, or should I buy them in Korea? I'm concerned that bringing products from Indonesia might cause customs issues or that they might not suit my skin condition after the procedure.
I'd also like to ask if anyone has experienced significant swelling while traveling. How long does it usually take to return to normal? Thanks in advance, hope someone can share their experience! 🙏

I also flew from Hanoi to Korea for a small procedure and flew right back, so I understand your anxiety haha 😅 I found that bringing a small U-shaped pillow and drinking plenty of water on the plane was very helpful, and the cooling masks from convenience stores in Korea are easy to carry too!
Hi Eka! I'm so glad to read your post because I'm also thinking about getting a small treatment during my trip to Korea next month, so I really relate to the concerns. I'll also be staying for a short time and then heading straight back, so the info about managing swelling during flights is super helpful—I hope many people share their experiences!
