I've been struggling with this lately. I'm thinking of getting a minor cosmetic procedure done, but I'm unsure whether to have it done in Beijing or save up to go to Seoul. I have friends who have had it done in both places, but their experiences seem quite different, so I'm a bit unsure.

The advantage of going to Beijing is convenience; if I experience any discomfort during the recovery period, I can go for a follow-up appointment immediately, and I don't need to take so much time off work. However, I'm a little worried about the inconsistent standards and skill levels in China, and I've heard that South Korea is indeed more professional and meticulous in this area. Going to South Korea is more expensive, and I'll need to take time off work, but I feel like the whole process might be more secure?

The problem is that I don't know much about the prices in either place, and I don't know how much the difference is. Have any of you ladies gone through this dilemma? How did you ultimately decide? Did you consider the doctor's qualifications, the price, or some other factor? I know everyone's situation is different, but hearing everyone's thoughts would be very helpful.
