Honestly, my budget is a bit tight, but I really want to do this.

I'm wondering how many days people who have been there before typically spend. It sounds like I need to have an initial consultation first, so would that mean I need to go twice, or is one trip enough? And if there's post-operative care (if applicable), what's the usual recovery time like? I'm really curious if I can fly home right after the procedure.
