Hello everyone, I'm Yingying. I've been thinking about getting some aesthetic treatments in Korea recently, but as a foreigner, I'm a bit unsure where to start looking for clinics. My friends have told me that Korea's aesthetic medicine is very advanced, but I'm also a little worried about communication issues and how to determine if a clinic is truly reliable.
I'd like to ask a few questions — how do you find clinics you trust? Are there any channels or platforms that are more reliable? Also, how do you handle language barriers? My Korean isn't very good; do you think having a translator accompany me is important? Or do clinics usually offer English consultations?
Additionally, I'd like to know what aspects of a clinic you prioritize during consultations? For example, the doctor's qualifications, the clinic's hygiene standards, or something else? Has anyone here shared their experiences and advice? Thank you all! ~
