Foreigners want to go to Korea but don't know how to read reviews 😅 Does anyone have any tips?

Hello, my name is Kwon, and I'm from Thailand. I'm planning a trip to Korea to buy some beauty treatments, but the problem is I don't read Korean very well. This makes it difficult to find information from other people's reviews. Sometimes I find Thai websites, but I'm not sure how accurate the information is. Does anyone have any better tips on reading and trusting reviews?

I'd also like to know what warning signs I should be aware of. For example, if a review seems strange or unreliable, I've read that it might be misleading advertising or not a genuine opinion. Is there a way to check the credibility of a source of information?

And finally, how can I find reliable information when I don't speak Korean? If anyone has experience with this, please share your advice. Thank you so much! 🙏
