Before going abroad, I did a small project about swelling reduction and post-operative care.

Hi ladies, I'm planning to go to Korea next week for a minor cosmetic procedure, but the flight back takes over 10 hours. I'm a little worried about how to manage post-operative swelling during the flight and the trip. Has anyone had experience with a procedure abroad followed by a long flight?

I'd like to ask what you usually bring to help reduce swelling? Like cooling compresses, soothing skincare products, etc.? I've heard that cooling things might help, but I'm not sure if I can bring them on the plane. Also, for post-operative care products, do you usually buy them in your home country or get them from the clinic there?

Furthermore, if there's still significant swelling a few days after the procedure, besides cooling compresses and elevating your head, are there any other gentle methods? I'm a little worried about my friends noticing when I get back, haha. Any experience with this would be so helpful!
