I heard that the first few days after a procedure are especially important for care, so I was considering things like cooling masks, silicone sheets, and soothing gels... there are so many options, but what did everyone else actually pack to take home? I'm also curious whether it's better to buy them there or bring them from Japan.

What I'm particularly wondering about is whether cooling masks are really effective. Also, I'm worried about my face swelling up on the flight home... 💦 If anyone has experience with this, I'd love to hear about what items were helpful and your experiences!
