How do you all manage swelling and bruising after minor procedures?

Hi, this is Aya. I recently had a minor procedure in Seoul, but I'm experiencing more swelling and bruising than expected...😅 I'm currently staying at home, and I'm wondering what kind of care you all do in situations like this?

I've been diligently applying ice since the day of the procedure, as I understand it's important, but how long does it usually take for the bruising to subside? Also, are there any precautions I should take regarding makeup and daily life while the swelling is present? I'd really appreciate any advice from those with experience.

By the way, the person who performed the procedure explained the basic aftercare, but now that I'm actually experiencing it, I keep thinking, "Wait, what am I supposed to do with this?"... I'd especially like to know about the estimated number of days it takes for the swelling to go down, and what everyone's experiences are like! Please share if you have any experience! 🙏
