Hi everyone, I'm Tiantian. I've been thinking about going to Korea for a cosmetic procedure recently, but I'm still a bit nervous about traveling abroad alone, especially when it comes to managing money and time. I'm not sure how long the whole trip will take, and besides the cost of the procedure itself, I have no idea how much I'll need for flights, accommodation, and other expenses.
Has anyone here been to Korea for something similar before? I'd like to ask how many days you typically set aside for your trip. I've heard that there might be a recovery period or follow-up appointments, so I'm unsure if a week is enough or if I should plan for two weeks. Also, is it more convenient to stay near the clinic, or what's the best way to arrange accommodation?
I'm a bit torn right now. I want to save money, but I also don't want to rush things, as this is a pretty big decision. I would be so grateful if any experienced friends could share their thoughts on how to plan the entire itinerary and budget. I'm mainly looking for everyone's advice so I can get a better idea of what to expect.
