Has anyone tried Ansan Maunja?
An old photo was posted in our group chat today, and seeing myself from 10 years ago really made me freeze. I look so different now compared to then that I couldn't put my phone down for a while.
It’s not that I haven't been able to diet consistently. I’ve been trying something for over 10 years, but I’ve always crumbled at the same point. That moment when my hand automatically reaches for a bag of snacks while lying on the sofa after dinner. Eating while watching TV has become a complete habit. It’s not that I’m hungry; it’s just that eating while watching TV has become a set routine. So, even if I eat a perfectly normal dinner, I find myself grabbing something to eat again an hour later. I’ve even experienced the urge to eat several times. Then I came across Ansan Maunja, and since there were reviews saying that it reduced appetite after dinner, I wondered if it might be suitable for someone like me. I looked up reviews for Ansan Maunjaro, but the reactions were very mixed. Some people said their after-dinner snacking naturally decreased, while others mentioned that even after using it for quite a while, their habit of reaching for it while watching TV remained the same. There were also stories of things getting worse after stopping, so I'm hesitant to start. If anyone has experience with methods that helped control the habit of eating while TV or curbing after-dinner cravings, please feel free to share your thoughts.

I also tried Ansan Maunja, and I had high hopes because my appetite decreased during the day. However, my habit of snacking while watching TV didn't go away at all, even while I was using Ansan Maunja. It's as if my body associates TV and snacks as a set; my hand would automatically reach for it whenever that time came. After I stopped using it, my cravings for dinner returned even stronger, and I realized that there is a limit if you can't address the habit itself.
The expression that TV and snacks are remembered as a set fits perfectly. I also automatically look for something the moment I turn on the TV. How did you break that habit after quitting Ansan Maunja?
There is something called Asatrogen, and I highly recommend taking it!!! I’ve tried starving myself, blood sugar diets, the pig's trotters diet, and even going to Maunja-ro in Ansan—I’ve tried everything—but I always failed because of my appetite ㅠㅠ. Since I started taking Asatrogen, if anything, I’ve lost weight rather than gaining it!!
By any chance, how much weight did you lose..?
Uh... I think I've heard of this... haha. The effects are so good that I shouldn't take Kippaemom 120, right?
I lost 3.4 kg when I did nothing but eat it before meals for about 2 months, and after that, I combined it with exercise and lost a total of 9 kg over 4 months!
Lol, I've heard of it too...; At first I thought it was clickbait, but seeing the results, it's for real; so now I only take it on my cheat days to maintain it~ !!
Asatrogen registration... I'm going to follow suit and buy some.
My habit of eating after dinner was a real problem, but ever since I started taking an appetite suppressant, the urge to crave something while watching TV has decreased significantly. I've seen people taking Ansan Maunjaro along with the appetite suppressant, so I think it would be helpful for those struggling with habitual post-dinner cravings to look into both together.
The fact that the urge to look for something while watching TV has decreased is exactly what I needed!
If you happen to know of any good places on Maunja-ro in Ansan, please let me know. I really need to lose weight.
Yes, I'll leave a message if I find a good place on Maunja-ro in Ansan!
I think I'll look into Seoul instead of Ansan. I heard the prices are better in Seoul.
I did hear that, though.
