Hello, this is Mana. I've been troubled by something lately and decided to post to hear from others who have had similar experiences.
I'm considering skin treatments, and I'm torn between getting them in Japan or South Korea. I've heard that South Korea has more options and is more affordable, but I'm still worried about aftercare and what to do if any issues arise. I'm wondering if the skill level is the same whether you get treated in Japan or South Korea, or if there are specific benefits to getting treated in South Korea.
I'm also unsure about the language barrier and how to choose a clinic. What criteria did you all use to make your decision? I'd be happy to hear from people who received treatments in Japan and those who received them in South Korea, and whether you have any regrets about your decision. Specifically, I'd like to hear practical opinions on which option felt safer in case something went wrong.

I wanted to ask, if you consider getting it done in Korea, would you be able to go back for follow-up appointments or if there are any issues, or would you have to find a doctor in Japan to handle it? I'm also hesitating over the same question! I wanted to ask if you have any friends or acquaintances who have had procedures done in Korea, and how they handled any issues after returning to their home country? My biggest concerns are follow-up care and who to contact if something goes wrong 😅
