Please tell me about the care of swelling and bruising after minor procedures.

Hi, this is Reina. I recently had a minor procedure in Korea, but the swelling and bruising were worse than expected...😅

The procedure itself was quick, but the swelling was particularly bad the next day. I'm wondering how I should care for it now that I'm back in Japan. I'd appreciate any advice on things like icing, how long I should do it, and any other precautions I should take. When will I be able to wear makeup again...?
