Hi everyone! I'm thinking of getting a minor skin treatment soon, but I have a trip planned right after, so I'm a bit conflicted. I wanted to ask for advice on how to care for myself during the swelling period after a minimally invasive procedure if I'm traveling.
I've heard there's some swelling in the first few days, and I'm wondering if traveling during that time would be particularly inconvenient. Has anyone experienced this and can share how they managed it? I'm considering bringing special skincare products or cold compress tools, but I'm not sure exactly what I'll need, and space in my luggage is limited.
Also, should I simplify my skincare routine during the trip? Can anyone share what they usually bring to aid recovery? Are sunscreen and hydration the most important? I'm a little worried about how flying and environmental changes might affect the healing process. If anyone has gone through something similar, I'd really love to hear your advice!
