Not fluent in Korean? How to read clinic reviews 😅

Hello, my name is Bam and I'm from Thailand. I'm planning to get some beauty treatments done in Korea, but the problem is... I'm not very good at reading Korean! 😭 When I try to search for clinic reviews, it seems like each place has a lot of good reviews, but I don't know which ones to trust.

Is there anyone here who's good at this? Can you predict which reviews are trustworthy and what I should watch out for? For example, are there any red flags to be aware of, like strange review writing, or any language or parts that seem suspicious? I can read some with a translator, but sometimes I might miss important things.

Please give me some advice on how we foreigners can choose a clinic safely. Do you have any little tips? 🙏
