My name is Giang, and I'm considering flying to Seoul for double eyelid surgery. I've done some research, but I'm still quite confused. There are some pretty good places in Vietnam, but I've heard Seoul has many specialists, and the eye styles there suit me better. My problem is, I don't know if the cost of flying, staying in hotels, and waiting time is worth it...
I'd like to ask those who have gone through this: what was the process like from deciding to having the surgery? Were there any communication difficulties (I've learned a little Korean, but I'm not very good)? And most importantly: do you feel it's worth this "investment," or should I wait until I have the opportunity in Vietnam?
I also want to understand more about what I need to prepare before deciding. Does anyone have any experience they can share? Thank you in advance!

I was thinking the same thing! I understand your concerns about costs and communication. But I've heard they have a system for international clients, and the initial consultation and waiting time aren't too long. I'd love to know if anyone has tried it already 🤔
I completely understand your concerns; I'm considering the same thing! Hearing about the language barrier makes me a little worried too, but I've heard many clinics offer translation services, so it shouldn't be too difficult. Whether it's worth it really depends on the individual, but since you've already done your research, I think you should schedule a consultation first to experience the doctor's communication style. This might give you more confidence throughout the process. I look forward to hearing about your experience!
