When I search for information in English or Japanese, I sometimes see comments that make me doubt their authenticity... What points do you all check to avoid shady clinics? For example, are there any red flags in reviews that make you think, "Ah, I can't trust this"?

If you can't read Korean, I'd love to hear about any strategies you use. Or is it just a matter of doing the tedious work, like searching for the same clinic on multiple sites or exchanging information in Japanese communities... Is that the only way?
