Swelling and care tips after minor procedures

Hello my wife! I am planning to have a small cosmetic procedure in Korea soon. I am very worried about swelling before I come back. I hear that you need to be in very good condition for the first few days. What if I have to go to the airport? What do you all think I should take with me on the flight?

Does anyone have any experience with this topic? What are the best skin care products for swelling? Do I need to use a cold compress or just a simple recovery product afterwards? I would also like to know if I can carry it in my bag.
