Hello ladies! I'm Layla from the UAE, and I'm seriously considering getting some cosmetic procedures done here in Korea. Honestly though, I'm a bit worried about reading reviews. Most of them are in Korean, and I can't understand them very well. So, how can I tell which ones are genuine and which ones might be written by the clinic itself? 😅
Also, are there any specific red flags I should watch out for? For example, if all the reviews are suspiciously *too* positive? Or if no one mentions side effects or recovery time? I'd rather be realistic with myself than expect things that won't happen.
Has anyone here experienced the same problem and managed to solve it? Or do you have specific methods you use to verify the credibility of clinics? Any advice or experiences you can share would be a huge help! Thanks in advance 💕

Lyla, I totally relate! I had the same concerns at first. Honestly, I find clinics with universally glowing reviews a bit suspicious, and I'm especially wary when no one mentions negative experiences or recovery periods. I try to look for reviews in English and Japanese, and compare a clinic's reputation across multiple platforms. Also, I think asking friends who've actually been there directly is the most reliable method 😊
I completely understand your concerns! I'm also a foreigner and was confused when I first started reading Korean reviews. What I do is try to find reviews with photos or videos to see the recovery process and real results, which makes it harder to be misled. Also, pay attention to the details in the reviews. Real users usually mention pain, swelling, or downsides, rather than just saying everything is good. Those kinds of reviews are actually more trustworthy 😊
