Hello everyone, I'm Ying, from China. I've recently been considering some medical aesthetic procedures in Korea, but my Korean language skills are really basic, and I find it very difficult to read reviews. For many reviews, I can only rely on translation software, but I always feel like the translations are a bit strange, and sometimes I can't tell which reviews are genuine and which might be problematic.
I wanted to ask everyone, how do you judge whether a clinic's reviews are credible? I've noticed that some places have a lot of positive reviews, but they all look very similar. Does that seem a bit suspicious? Are there any red flags I should pay special attention to, so that people like me who aren't fluent in the language can avoid them?
Also, has anyone used Korean review websites but also struggled to understand them? What do you usually do? Do you get a translator to help, or do you just compare photos directly? I'm really feeling a bit uneasy and worried about being scammed. I hope everyone can share some of their experiences!
