Hi everyone, I'm Xinyi. I'm currently considering some cosmetic procedures in Korea, but I've run into a problem—my Korean is really limited, and I'm struggling to read reviews and read forum posts. Many people say to choose a clinic based on reviews, but I can't understand them at all. Could any of you ladies share how you determine if a review is genuine or fake? Especially as a foreigner, are there any red flags to watch out for?

My biggest concern right now is whether some clinics might post fake reviews, or exaggerate in the reviews? For example, what kind of wording or content might make you think, "This review might not be genuine"? Also, besides reading reviews, are there any other ways to verify if a clinic is reliable?

It would be great if someone could share their experience. I know this is a very subjective topic, but as a foreigner going to Korea for cosmetic procedures, you really need to be extra careful. Looking forward to everyone's advice!
