As a foreigner, how can I understand Korean reviews? How can I tell if they're real or fake?

Hello everyone, I'm Wei, from China. I've been considering getting some aesthetic treatments in Korea recently, but my Korean language skills are really just so-so 😅 I've read a lot of reviews and shared experiences, but the problem is, I can't understand some of the Korean reviews at all, and Google Translate isn't very accurate.

I'd like to ask all you experienced individuals — how do you determine if a clinic's reviews are genuine? Are there any obvious red flags I should pay special attention to? For example, should I avoid reviews that sound overly exaggerated or promise absolutely definitive results? Also, if all the reviews say the same thing, should I be wary of that too?

I'm also wondering if I should look for more genuine shares within Chinese communities, or perhaps just ask the doctor specific questions during consultations? However, I'd still like to hear everyone's experiences — how do you filter information? Are there any tips that I, as a beginner, should know? Thank you all!
