I'm considering flying to Seoul for double eyelid surgery, but I'm not entirely sure if it's worth it. I'm in Vietnam and have heard that the doctors there have excellent techniques, but with the back-and-forth travel, hotel stays, and potential risks if I need post-operative care... Has anyone gone through this before? Could you share your experience?

I also don't know how long I should prepare for, or how long I need to stay in Seoul before flying back. And there's the issue of finding a good doctor when I don't speak fluent English or Korean; I'm worried about misunderstandings. Do any of you have tips for communication, or are there centers that assist foreigners?

I'm weighing whether to have the procedure done in Vietnam or if it's worth the extra effort and expense to fly abroad. I'd appreciate any help in thinking this through more thoroughly.
