Hello everyone, I'm Tao. I'm planning to get a small procedure done in Korea soon (the kind where you get injections), but I have to fly back immediately afterward and I'm a bit worried about swelling. I wanted to ask if anyone with experience could share how long post-procedure swelling typically lasts? Is there anything I can do on the plane to help alleviate it?
I'm wondering if I should prepare some cold compresses or soothing products to bring on the plane. But I'm not sure which products work best, and can liquids go through security? Has anyone tried any specific in-flight care routines?
Also, what should I keep in mind for daily care after I return? For example, are there any activities or foods I should avoid? This is my first time doing something like this, so I'm a little nervous and hope someone can share some real-life experiences!
