When I come out of the shower, it’s not just one or two long strands of hair on the bathroom floor; there are literally dozens of them.
Even if I vacuum every day, it’s back to that amount the next day.
There are also handfuls of hair on my pillow every morning, so I get startled every time I wake up.
It seems like the hair loss is concentrated along my part and on the crown of my head, while my bangs are relatively intact.
But when viewed from above, you can see my entire scalp.
I took a picture and it looked really bare; I just stared at it blankly for a long time.
It’s not like anything major happened, but I’ve just been building up some mild stress and haven't been sleeping well.
The Jongno 5-ga area is convenient for me to get to after work; have you been to any places there?

I heard that not being able to sleep has a really big impact. I think it would be best to go see them first.
No matter how hard I try, I just can't seem to sleep.
I'm not familiar with Jongno 5-ga, but there's a place called Balmers; you should try going there.
I went to a different branch, and they addressed my insomnia first. They prescribed mainly calming herbal medicine, and surprisingly, my sleep became deeper.
Oh, does it take care of sleep too? I didn't know that was connected to the head.
Oh, does it take care of sleep as well?
Yes, they explained that because of that, the hormones are affected, and that leads to hair loss.
I am not an expert, so I can't translate it exactly, but I understood it after hearing it.
I’d like to visit sometime. Thank you!
