Is it okay to buy common medicines in bulk, by the box, from the Jongno Pharmacy Street?

Raising two kids, I find myself running out of things like fever reducers, pain patches, and scar ointments in the blink of an eye ㅠㅠ.

I buy two or three of each at the local pharmacy every time, but the cost really adds up without me even noticing.

I asked around, and people told me that the pharmacy street in Jongno is much cheaper if you buy in bulk boxes, so they suggested I go there.

But honestly, when I think about the time it takes to travel back and forth, I wonder if the price difference is really that significant.
