Help! 🥺 How to read Korean clinic reviews without getting scammed

Hello, my name is Mile and I'm from Thailand. I want to try beauty treatments in Korea, but the reviews are giving me a headache because I can't read Korean very well 😭. When I search for clinics on Naver or Kakao, there are so many, but I'm worried about ending up with only 5-star reviews and then people saying they're unhappy with the results, or that they were scammed, things like that.

I wanted to ask if anyone has recommendations right now? I know many Thais come here for treatments, but I'm really wondering what the red flags are to watch out for, such as strange reviews or clinics overselling, etc. I want to understand the risks better before choosing a place.
