Hi everyone! I'm Gita from Indonesia, and I'm planning a trip to Korea for a minor procedure. I've never had this done before, so I'm still a bit confused about aftercare.
Kustikar, how long does the swelling usually last after a procedure? I'm worried because I only have a week there before returning to the office. What do people usually do to reduce the swelling? Does anyone have any experience?
So, about skincare products... is it better to buy them there or bring them from here? I'm a bit confused because I'm afraid they won't suit me or will cause irritation. Can anyone recommend products that are safe and gentle for sensitive skin? Or is it better to consult a doctor first before buying anything?
Thanks in advance, I hope I can get some insight from my friends here! 🙏

Hello! When I went to Korea for a treatment last time, the doctor advised me to bring my usual skincare products because switching to new products can easily cause irritation. Now I just bring gentle lotions and face masks; it gives me peace of mind.
I totally understand your anxiety! I was a foreigner doing it for the first time too 😅 It's important to consult your doctor after the procedure to see what products they recommend, because everyone's skin is different. And don't buy any new products at home yet. Wait a day or two and see if your skin responds well to them.
